This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic organisation and play a key role in supporting business performance through effective people management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.Salary: €40k - €45kHours:Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 days remote)Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective resourcing strategies to meet business needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in line with best practice proceduresAct as a key HR point of contact for designated stores and stakeholders, providing advice and support on people strategy, best practice, and performance improvementBuild and manage strong working relationships with trade unions at store and site level, addressing issues as they ariseLead the rollout and ongoing management of the performance management framework, supporting development conversations, succession planning, and the management of underperformanceEnsure robust HR processes and systems are in place across the full employee lifecycle, maintaining compliance with company policy and employment legislationManage employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring timely, fair, and effective resolutionDrive employee engagement and communication initiatives across the businessDevelop and implement learning and development programmes to support employee growth and potential in line with company policiesRequirements:Third-level qualification in Human ResourcesMinimum 5 years' experience working in a fast-paced HR environment, ideally supporting retail, agribusiness, or a similar sectorStrong experience partnering with management teams in a generalist HR capacitySolid knowledge of Irish employment law, employee relations, and best practice HR proceduresConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsOrganised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesIf you are interested in thisHR Generalistjob opportunity, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
