Pharmaceutical Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to promote and sell pharmaceutical products exclusively to retail pharmacies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote and sell company products directly to retail pharmacies within assigned territories.
* Built strong, professional relationships with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and retail managers.
* Deliver product education on therapeutic benefits, proper usage, and competitive advantages.
* Negotiate pricing, shelf placement, and promotional opportunities with retail partners.
* Conduct regular visits to ensure product visibility and availability.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the retail pharmacy sector.
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Prior experience in retail pharmacy sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations and product positioning.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented, with ability to work independently.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
