Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination and technical development of major mechanical packages across data centre and mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the mechanical pre-construction process from concept stage through to finalised design.
* Provide input into tender submissions including scope breakdowns and commentary.
* Serve as the point of contact for mechanical pre-construction discussions with clients, consultants and internal teams.
