As we expand, we are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead our sales function, manage key accounts, and build strong commercial partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.Build, manage and motivate a growing sales team.Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and provide coaching and training.2. Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across freight forwarding, e-commerce logistics, warehousing, and customs services.Build a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship development.Conduct market research to identify emerging customer needs and industry trends.3. Key Account ManagementAct as the main point of contact for high-value clients.Develop strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to drive retention and repeat business.Upsell and cross-sell logistics services based on client needs.4. Commercial & Contract ManagementPrepare sales proposals, quotations, and pricing structures.Negotiate commercial terms with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance.Review and support customer contracts, service agreements, and onboarding.5. Collaboration & Internal CoordinationWork closely with operations, customer service, and customs teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.Support product development by communicating customer feedback and market needs.RequirementsExperience & SkillsMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce fulfilment, or supply chain.Strong understanding of international freight, last-mile delivery, customs clearance, or warehouse logistics (any combination considered).Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trust with customers.Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business environment.Other RequirementsFull driver's licence (preferred).Ability to travel occasionally for client visits or industry events.What We OfferCompetitive salary + commission structureOpportunities for career progression as the company growsSupportive and collaborative team environmentTraining in logistics, customs, and operational processesJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
