Job Description:
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advice across the organisation. This includes ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
This role involves managing employee records, dealing with recruitment and onboarding processes, and carrying out new starter inductions and paperwork. Additionally, you will promote learning and development initiatives, assist with coordinating training schedules and materials, and advise on HR and employment law matters.
You will also be involved in supporting disciplinary and grievance procedures, monitoring and managing employee absenteeism, and performing other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, GCSEs (including English & Maths) or equivalent, and CIPD part-qualification or working towards certification. Previous experience in performance management and employee relations is also desirable. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
