Restaurant Manager Position
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food service meet the highest standards.
About the Role

You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales growth, manage staff performance, and maintain high-quality standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of day-to-day restaurant operations, including supervising staff and managing inventory
* Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
* Management of staff performance, including training, development, and discipline as needed
* Maintenance of high-quality standards in food, wine, and service
* Collaboration with senior management to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role, preferably in a high-volume or corporate-heavy environment
* Strong knowledge of wine, with the ability to curate and manage a wine list, handle ordering and stock
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and adaptability
* Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building relationships and driving loyalty
