Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is the top priority.
Interact with each customer with pride, passion, and care, inspiring shoppers through knowledge and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Ability to engage with and prioritize customer needs
Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Main duties:

Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customers receive an excellent shopping experience
Handle customer queries efficiently, professionally, and in line with store policy
Merchandise shelves, ensuring all areas of the store are presented to a high standard

About the locality:
This is a full-time checkout/merchandising position.
Grocery retail experience is an advantage.
