Contract: 12‑month FTC

About the Role
We're seeking a detail‑oriented, people‑focused onboarding professional to ensure a smooth start for new joiners. You'll help create a welcoming journey from pre‑employment checks through day one, working closely with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide candidates through the onboarding process in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
* Complete pre‑employment checks (right-to-work, references, regulatory checks, etc.) before start dates.
* Provide timely, accurate information to new hires and hiring managers.
* Collaborate with HR and other teams to streamline and improve onboarding processes.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in HR administration or customer support (onboarding experience a plus).
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills.
* Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HR systems (nice to have).
