Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging leadership role within our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and autism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support to residents
* Assist residents with daily living activities
* Supervise and coordinate the work of other staff members
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements
A qualification at Level 5 on the National Framework of Qualifications in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with Disability modules is essential.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience working in a residential, respite or day service setting with people with an intellectual disability.
