Customer Service Advisor – Asset Finance – Collections &Recoveries11 Month contract5 days onstie - Dublin 2Salary - €35,000 yearly€16 per hourResponsibilities:• As the first point of contact for customers with arrears, you will provide outstanding service inevery interaction with customers whose needs are predominantly service focussed, helping theorganisation to achieve its goals• You will manage a portfolio of customers that will require appropriate support in resolvingtheir arrears position, working closely with your team and line manager you will proposesolutions and options for the customers in your portfolio.• Support management to enhance and develop the operating model, providing insight andsuggestions to support the continuous improvement of all processes• Understand the main risks arising in your area of responsibility and how to mitigate themRequirements:Essential• Ordinary Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) with a grade D3/O6/H6 at Ordinary or Higher Levelin five Leaving Certificate subjects (including English and Maths) and or 5+ years post LeavingCertificate experience• APA qualification (Loans/ Regulations & Savings and Investments)Desired• QFA• Experience of working in an arrears department• You will have strong customer service skills and ideally have experience working in a financial institution
