Job Description
* Avoid lost papers by maintaining accurate filing systems for client documents in accordance with ISO standards;
* Maintain the office environment through liaising with cleaners, building management, contractors to ensure cleanliness, repairs,& maintenance services are provided when necessary;
* Manage stationery supplies stock control; update office templates as required;
Liaise with clients via telephone or email efficiently, affectively,
manage incoming communications effectively while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
