**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
* Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
* Co-ordinate staff training, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Develop business processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
* Maintain accurate financial ledgers and manage monthly accounting processes.
* Prepare weekly financial reports, including forecasting of profits, cash, and payroll.
2. Office Operations:
* Organise workloads, monitor progress, and determine work priorities.
* Ensure effective use of technology and maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment.
3. Human Resources:
* Oversee employee relations, customer complaints, and disciplinary procedures.
* Implement and follow up on CAPA plans related to audit non-conformances.
4. Compliance:
* Ensure adherence to all legislation, including working time act, equality legislation, and grievance procedures.
About You:
* Accounting Technician or Accountant with 3+ years PQE in a management role.
* Results-oriented, commercially astute, revenue, and profit-focused individual.
* Excellent IT skills and experience.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
