Senior IT Leadership Role
This is a high-profile role within the organization, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Irish IT function, setting strategic direction and ensuring successful delivery of local projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex budgets, planning and executing technology programmes and systems implementations in a structured and effective manner. They will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Irish IT function, setting strategic direction and ensuring successful delivery of local projects and initiatives
* Plan and execute technology programmes and systems implementations in a structured and effective manner
* Enhance the customer experience through the delivery of integrated, intelligent digital solutions
* Provide monthly reporting and updates on project progress, risks, and issues to the Irish and Group IT senior leadership teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure IT services are delivering maximum value
Candidate Profile:
* Honours degree in IT or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
* Minimum of 10 years' relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a senior IT leadership role
* Demonstrated experience in managing IT budgets and delivering measurable returns on investment
