This is an exciting opportunity to support young people between the ages of 16 and 18 experiencing complex mental health challenges during a crucial period in their lives.About the RoleYou will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing psychosocial assessments, evidence-based interventions, and care coordination for young adults navigating the transition to adulthood while managing mental health needs.
