The role requires a technical professional with expertise in medical device equipment to provide complete product support.
Responsibilities:
* Installation and commissioning of medical device equipment
* Preventative maintenance, repair, and customer training
* Liaising with customer support administration on a regular basis
* Providing engineers' reports and relevant documentation to customer support administration
The ideal candidate will have CSSD Validation experience, Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical graduates or experienced applicants will be considered. Field-based experience in medical device service or electronic equipment is an advantage but not essential.
