The opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative – Membership Sales, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new members into our executive network. Your focus will be on building early-stage relationships with CHROs and their HR Leadership Teams, qualifying their fit for the Senovis membership, and leading them through the process from first contact to conversion. This role is a commercially focused relationship-building position.
What You’ll Do
1. Identify senior HR leaders (CHROs and direct reports) in large organisations who fit our membership profile.
2. Run intelligent, well-targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and referrals to engage them.
3. Qualify leads, conduct initial conversations, and schedule strategic follow-up meetings with our senior team.
4. Prepare briefing materials and coordinate meetings to ensure a seamless experience for prospects.
5. Personally invite HR leaders to Senovis roundtables and private events as part of the relationship-building journey.
6. Maintain up-to-date, detailed CRM records in HubSpot and manage your sales pipeline with discipline and clarity.
7. Gather and report market intelligence - emerging challenges, barriers, and trends - back into our sales and content strategies.
8. Work closely with the wider marketing and commercial team to continuously improve membership acquisition approaches.
What You’ll Bring
Experience
1. 4+ years of B2B sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
2. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (Director level and above) in large organisations.
3. Background in HR, professional services, recruitment, or membership-based businesses is an advantage.
Skills
1. A confident and credible communicator - written, on the phone, and in meetings.
2. Skilled in qualifying leads and managing senior conversations with structure and purpose.
3. Highly organised with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience is a plus).
4. Able to balance proactive outbound activity with intelligent, consultative engagement.
5. Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of how to build value for the business and the client.
