Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to provide administrative support to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative assistance, communication management, schedule organization, office management and other supportive duties to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Direct incoming requests to appropriate personnel; initiate contacts as required - Coordinate workshop/meeting logistics
* Develop plans with the Senior Document Controller and Director to ensure efficient travel arrangements. Manage daily complex diaries
* Plan and coordinate events for small or large groups at off-site and on-site locations
* Process accounts payable/invoices - Direct incoming requests to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

* 1 to 3 years + experience in an administrative role, ideally in the pharma/biotech/medical device industry
* Ability to work independently with high self-management in a dynamic environment
* Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* Proficient with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
