Payroll Specialist / Payroll Lead
This position requires a seasoned payroll professional to manage end-to-end Irish payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Manage the entire Irish payroll process from start to finish, ensuring all necessary payments are made on time.
* E nsure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, pensions, union agreements, Revenue requirements, and internal company policies.
* Reconcile payroll accounts and work closely with Finance to ensure accurate journal entries, audits, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payroll, along with a strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and advanced Excel skills. They should also be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
