About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Financial Administrator to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop strong relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
* Collaborate closely with financial planners and/or investment managers to deliver excellent results.
* Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
* Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities.
* Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a wealth management firm.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
