About the Role
We’re hiring junior Telesales Specialist who are based in Ireland and have experience with cold calling.
This role is ideal if you’ve worked in telesales, customer service, or a similar phone-based role and are now looking to step into a structured sales career. You’ll be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers, booking meetings, and building the foundations of a rewarding career in outbound sales.
This is a remote, full-time role during UK business hours, with strong training, support, and commission opportunities.

We connect them with their ideal clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. As our team expands, we’re looking for coachable, high-energy Telesales Agents who are ready to learn, perform, and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Making high-volume outbound cold calls daily (up to 300 dials)
* Engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the UK
* Booking 2–4 qualified meetings per day for our clients
* Following up via email and LinkedIn messages
* Keeping activity updated in our CRM
Requirements
* Prior cold-calling, or telesales experience is required
* Clear, confident English communication skills is a must
* Resilience, motivation, and a willingness to learn fast
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Laptop, stable internet, and a quiet working environment
(Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a bonus but not required.)
