You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and leading HR system optimisation, reporting, and compliance. As an experienced HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing HRIS functionality (Bamboo HR), rolling out new features and self-service tools, ensuring data accuracy through regular audits.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and reporting skills in Power BI and Advanced Excel. Familiarity with Bamboo HR or similar systems is also essential.
