What You’ll Do
As General Manager, you’ll own your restaurant’s success — leading operations, inspiring your team, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. You’ll be hands‑on, people‑first, and performance‑driven.
Lead all daily operations and KPIs
Drive sales, manage costs, and ensure top performance
Deliver outstanding service, cleanliness, and food quality
Oversee food safety, health & safety, and audits
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team
