Bar Manager
Salary: €35-40k
Location: Kildare
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. At least 2 years in Supervisory or Management Role.
2. An enthusiastic and professional attitude, with strong organisational and communication skills.
3. A very strong F&B background with a focus on Bar Operations.
4. Good understanding of how Bars operate, stock taking and management, development of cocktail menus, whiskey and spirit knowledge.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Ability to manage a team.
7. Computer literate.
8. Can work on their own initiative.
9. Want to be part of a progressive team/hotel.
10. Reliable and trustworthy.
