Main Responsibilities
1. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to enhance business processes through Salesforce implementation and customization.
2. Translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications.
3. Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, and more.
4. Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and develop training materials.
5. Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and recommend enhancements.
7. Serve as the liaison between business teams and IT.
Requirements
* Salesforce Administrator Certification
* Experience in Business Systems Analysis or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities
* Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
