 
        
        We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team on an 11-month contract in North Dublin.
 * The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Irish employment law and excellent stakeholder management skills.
 * A background in manufacturing or pharma is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Foster a high-performance culture by partnering with senior leaders
 * Support organisational change initiatives and their people impacts
 * Coach leaders through complex employee relations matters
 * Contribute to HR projects aligned with strategic priorities
 * Provide HR analytics and process support to site leadership
 * Drive business-critical initiatives forward
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their expertise in HR operations, including talent management, employee engagement and development, and benefits administration. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
