IT Manager : Killarney, Kerry
I am working with a leading hospitality client in Killarney in their search for an IT Manager who will be responsible for the IT Infrastructure across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, and systems across multiple sites
* Oversee hospitality platforms including Oracle Opera PMS and MICROS POS
* Manage and develop the IT team; act as escalation point for critical incidents
* Ensure secure, resilient environments (Windows Server, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, Veeam, networks, firewalls)
* Own cybersecurity, GDPR compliance, disaster recovery, suppliers, budgets, and IT assets
* Partner with senior leadership to align technology with business goals
Requirements
* 5+ years\' IT experience with 2+ years in a senior/managerial role
* Strong hospitality systems experience (Opera PMS / MICROS POS essential)
* Hands-on technical leader with excellent communication skills
* Flexible for on-site work, out-of-hours support, and travel between properties
* Full, clean driver\'s licence required
