This upscale hotel is seeking a skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the Front Office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Develop and motivate the Front Office team to excel in their roles.
 * Ensure seamless guest check-in and out processes.
 * Oversee departmental finances and ensure accurate shift hand-overs.
 * Provide comprehensive staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
 * Support recruitment and selection processes to identify top talent.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a similar property. They should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to lead by example.
Required Qualifications:
 * Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
 * Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
 * Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
