Established in 2001, Ashgrove Renewables is a prominent player in the renewable energy sector nationwide. Following the launch of our Home Energy Upgrade division in 2021, in partnership with SEAI, we've expanded significantly and plan further growth in 2025 and 2026, supported by government grants aimed at upgrading 500,000 Irish homes by 2030.
We are upgrading our facilities to include a state-of-the-art showroom, training centers, customer meeting rooms, and virtual meeting pods to meet the increasing demand for online consultations and presentations.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a troubleshooting mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You should be motivated, flexible, and able to work independently, managing your own schedule. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive on-site service, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of our products and services.
2. Conduct post-installation commissioning inspections.
3. Schedule and perform site inspections.
4. Log and file job reports using our online CRM software.
5. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
6. Offer troubleshooting support via phone and on-site as needed.
Minimum Requirements
* Knowledge of renewable energy systems is desirable.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC fields is advantageous.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to travel within the Munster region.
* Safe Pass certification.
