Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily floor operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory control.
* Lead and support the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service, handle guest queries, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Manage reservations, walk-in bookings, and optimize table turnover to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain health & safety, hygiene, and licensing standards, and assist with staff training and performance feedback.
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar supervisory or management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to high standards, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
* Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
