Job Title: Hospitality Trainee
The Hospitality department at our hotel is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic novice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in food and beverage management, front office operations, sales and marketing. With a focus on professional development, this role offers trainees the chance to rotate through various departments within the hotel.
This position provides an ideal platform for ambitious individuals who are eager to start their hospitality career or make a transition into operations focused roles such as Chef de Partie or Supervisory positions. Upon completion of the six-month training program with regular evaluations meetings with senior managers you can progress into supervisory roles available across several key areas including Maigue Restaurant Hunters Bar Kitchen Front Office Sales & Marketing Departments where responsibilities involve planning coordinating managing staff oversee daily financial performance.
