CREGG Recruitment are working with our client, based in Ballybrit, Galway, in hiring full time/permanent Customer ServiceRepresentatives.
Please note this is an EVENING SHIFT role and own transport is ESSENTIAL, due tohours of work and lack of public transport.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have.
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Hours of Work – Evening Shift
* Monday – Friday
* 17:00 – 01:00
* €35,280 per year
Job requirements
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Call Centre or relevant Customer Service department.
* Own transport essential, due to hours of work.
* Strong communications skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Contract Type
* Full time (39 hours per week)
