Due to continued growth, new contracts and an extensive pipeline of work, one of Irelands top Developer/Builders are hiring a Project Manager for a 147 unit project in Tralee.

We are particularly interested in candidates with Project/Site Management experience in housing developments, whether gained in Ireland or the UK Duties: Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets.
Oversee the full snagging, de-snagging, and lock-up protocols are completed for all internal fit-out works through to final build completion Requirements: Degree Qualified or trade background.
