Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading by example and driving a safety-first culture on site. You will also deliver exceptional customer experiences in store, optimise sales, and continuously improve the store to meet and exceed targets.
Responsibilities
• Lead a motivated and engaged sales team to achieve business objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Manage weekly deliveries, stock control, and ordering to ensure availability of category products
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation
• Assist in business administration, including managing cash, stock, and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven track record in retailing with strong product knowledge
• Relevant qualification beneficial but not essential
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of our business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and a solutions-oriented approach
• Self-motivated and flexible when required
• Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, POS, email, etc
