About This Role

Key Responsibilities
">
* Configure SOTI MobiControl software, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
* Conduct discovery calls and prepare scope of work documents.
* Implement, migrate, and upgrade SOTI software remotely and on-premises.
* Deliver training and act as a Technical Account Manager for select customers.
* Provide feedback to product teams and support documentation efforts.
* Travel as needed (approx. 5-10%).

Requirements
">
* Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical roles with customer advocacy and engagement experience in complex IT environments.
* Strong interest in mobility, with knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows OS.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proactive, able to work independently and lead initiatives.
* Experience with MS SQL, networking concepts, Windows Server administration, and fluent in German and English.
