Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Dublin with some flexibility for remote work. The Event & Marketing Director will oversee the planning, execution, and management of events and marketing initiatives, driving awareness and engagement across key business segments. Responsibilities include developing strategic marketing campaigns, managing budgets, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing sales and sponsorship opportunities. This position requires leadership in managing teams and ensuring the seamless execution of events and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to understand and strategically target audiences.
Expertise in Marketing Management and Marketing to create and execute campaigns that drive engagement and results.
Proficiency in Sales to build partnerships, secure sponsorships, and drive revenue growth.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead marketing efforts.
Experience in event management or related fields is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
