Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hard-working Warehouse Supervisor to join our team based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment, reporting any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
* Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
* Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly ensuring timely resolution of problems.
* Supervise inventory counts and audits, ensuring product is handled safely and efficiently to minimize damage and delays.
* Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as per company guidelines and regulations.
* Physical strength, fitness, and dexterity to perform tasks effectively.
* Excellent team-leading skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Computer literacy, including knowledge of scanners and relevant software programs to streamline processes.
* Valid counterbalance forklift license and manual handling certification advantageous but not essential.
