Exceptional Project Controller required to join RINA's Project Office, responsible for coordinating and maintaining all projects within a complex PMO. You will support the design and development of a critical Infrastructure Programme delivering downstream energy to Ireland.
This role is based in Cork, Ireland.
Responsibilities include:
1. Input and maintain the accuracy of project budget data;
2. Support the preparation of contractual and planning documentation;
3. Facilitate meetings and document minutes;
4. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track;
5. Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
* At least five years' Project Controls experience, preferably within a Project Management Office;
* No sector-specific experience required, but an interest in Energy and/or Engineering is desirable;
* Understanding of project governance, processes, and tools including planning, progress tracking, and risk management;
* Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail;
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
* Responsive, confident, concise, resilient, and adaptable.
Additional requirements:
* Must live within commuting distance of Cork (no relocation support);
* Must be an Irish citizen or have the right to work permanently in Ireland (no sponsorship available).
