We are hiring a Knowledge Lawyer – Corporate to support our client's top-tier corporate team in Dublin. The ideal candidate is a corporate solicitor with a passion for legal research, staying up-to-date on corporate law developments, and contributing to the growth of legal knowledge within a high-performing team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work closely with the corporate team to monitor legal and regulatory developments, maintain internal knowledge systems, and provide technical legal support. They will also be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, collaborating with other knowledge lawyers, and contributing to firm-wide knowledge initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor legal and regulatory developments and maintain internal knowledge systems
* Draft and update precedent documents and legal templates
* Provide technical legal support to fee earners, assisting with complex queries and issues
* Develop and deliver internal training sessions and support ongoing learning across the corporate team
* Collaborate with other knowledge lawyers and contribute to broader firm-wide knowledge initiatives
Requirements
* A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong technical background and interest in legal research and writing
* Prior experience as a knowledge lawyer is ideal but not essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about continuous learning
