The Early Careers Lead will be responsible for spearheading the company's early careers strategy.
* Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement attraction strategies for graduate, intern, and apprenticeship roles to identify top talent.
* Programme Management: Oversee the end-to-end Early Careers Programme, encompassing onboarding, rotations, learning modules, and engagement activities to drive employee engagement.
This role requires experience in early careers talent management or programme management with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
