Tá an fheidhm Bainistíochta Sócmhainní freagrach as pleanáil straitéiseach, beartuithe tosaíochta agus forbairt a dhéanamh ar phíblíne Oibreacha Caipitil Uisce Éireann. Tá ról lárnach ag an bhfeidhm i gcomhoibriú agus comheagar gníomhaíochtaí a chur chun cinn thar na trí fheidhm sócmhainne mar aon le measúnuithe timpeallachta agus saineolas bainistíochta a sholáthar thar Uisce Éireann.Tá an fhoireann Pleanála Sócmhainní freagrach as bonneagar seirbhísí uisce riachtanacha a bhfuil luach ar airgead acu a sheachadadh go tráthúil d'Éirinn. Clúdaíonn raon feidhme freagracht na foirne 5 phríomhréimse: Forbraíocht Tithíochta, Píblíne Capex, Bainistíocht Riosca agus Sábháilteacht, Sócmhainní Ríthábhachtacha agus Sceitheadh.Ag tuairisciú don Bhainisteoir Feidhmíochta Líonra Fuíolluisce, beidh Ceannaire Tuairiscithe Sonraí Líonra Fuíolluisce freagrach as bainistíocht agus seachadadh tuarascálacha cruinne, ardchaighdeáin chun léargas a thabhairt don ghnó ar fheidhmíocht, rioscaí agus acmhainn líonraí fuíolluisce Uisce Éireann. Beidh ar an gCeannaire Tuairiscithe Sonraí oibriú go dlúth leis na Ceannairí Teicniúla um Phleanáil agus Samhaltú Limistéar Draenála atá ar an bhfoireann chun cainníochtaí móra aschur samhaltaithe agus suirbhéireachta a chur i láthair i bhformáidí a thacaíonn le cinnteoireacht, pleanáil infheistíochta, bainistíocht riosca, tuairisciú comhshaoil agus rialála. Oibreoidh an sealbhóir róil go dlúth le geallsealbhóirí inmheánacha agus seachtracha tábhachtacha chun a gcuid riachtanas a thuiscint agus tuarascálacha agus teimpléid a sheachadadh a chomhlíonann na riachtanais seo. Beidh an Ceannaire Tuairiscithe Sonraí Líonra Fuíolluisce freagrach as na caighdeáin agus na sonraíochtaí a shainiú agus a bhainistiú le haghaidh suirbhéanna sócmhainní agus TCI ar líonraí fuíolluisce faoi thalamh agus as foireann anailísithe a bhainistiú a bhfuil de chúram orthu sonraí suirbhé sócmhainní, riocht, acmhainn agus feidhmíochta a allmhairiú, a bhailíochtú agus a scaipeadh. The area drives investment and the Sustainability and Innovation agenda for the organisation and leads on Environmental Regulation and Compliance activities, ensuring the quality of water and wastewater is continuously monitored. The Asset Management function is responsible for strategic planning, prioritisation, and development of Uisce Éireann's Capital Works pipeline. The function plays a key role in promoting collaboration and co-ordination of activities across the three asset functions as well as providing environmental assessment and management expertise across Uisce Éireann.The Asset Planning team is accountable for the timely delivery of essential, value for money water services Infrastructure for Ireland. The scope of the team's responsibility covers 5 main areas: Housing Growing, Capex Pipeline, Risk Maintenance and Safety, Critical Assets and Leakage.Reporting to the Wastewater Network Performance Manager, the Wastewater Network Data Reporting Lead will be responsible for the management and delivery of accurate, high-quality reports to provide insights to the business on the performance, risks and capacity of Uisce Eireann's wastewater networks. The Data Reporting Lead will be required to work closely with the Drainage Area Planning and Modelling Technical Leads on the team to present large quantities of modelling and surveying outputs in formats that support decision making, investment planning, risk management, environmental and regulatory reporting. The role holder will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver reports and templates that meet these needs. The Wastewater Network Data Reporting Lead will be responsible for defining and managing the standards and specifications for asset and CCTV surveys of below ground wastewater networks and managing a team of analysts who are tasked with the import, validation and dissemination of asset survey, condition, capacity and performance data.
