The Role: Store Manager
-----------------------------------
As a store manager, you'll assist the brand leader in managing and motivating your team to deliver exceptional brand experiences for our customers. Our store leadership roles extend beyond the store's walls, aiming to provide a wow showroom experience daily. You'll also support the brand leader and store team in delivering outstanding in-store and online service.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Equipping and incentivising your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates to empower them to deliver an inspiring in-store and online customer experience.
* Supporting the brand leader in developing your team, recognising and highlighting achievements, and identifying areas for improvement.
* Planning and delivering monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales across all product categories.
* Walking shop floors daily to maximise trade opportunities, identify risks, and react promptly.
* Oversight and leadership of stylist team members handling first-line customer queries, emails, chats, and calls via our online customer service system.
* Taking responsibility for ensuring your floor management and stylist teams appear ready to impress our customers, showcasing their achievements through Google platforms.
* Awareness and resolution of employee-related matters in-store, working closely with the brand leader to address issues effectively.

About the Location

Our outlet in Kildare, Ireland has been open since 2008 and typically operates from 09:00am - 19:00pm (subject to seasonal change). This is our only outlet in Ireland, making our store very popular with locals. Our team is passionate and charismatic, with lots of energy and a love for music.
