Financial Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and reporting results to stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate financial records using Oracle and a bespoke document management tool is crucial.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in reviewing and preparing monthly reconciliations and associated financial reports.
* Leading and developing the finance team, as well as ensuring tax compliance and coordinating with tax advisors and authorities, are key responsibilities.
This role requires a fully qualified accountant with 5-8 years of experience in leading a finance department.
Key Requirements
* Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
* 5 – 8 years of experience leading a Finance Department
* Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records
* Experience in preparing annual accounts for external audit
* Experience compiling budgets and forecasts for various departments
