Job Description
We are looking for a responsible full-time Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Ballsbridge on a full-time permanent contract. Duties include opening/closing the store and/or café, assisting with day‑to‑day department operations, supporting the management team in various capacities, handling cash and reconciliations, managing employee breaks, addressing customer service queries, and supporting management in various roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail or food industry and a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
Responsibilities
Opening and/or closing of your department as outlined by your manager
Cash handling
Cash reconciliation
Customer service queries including dealing with complaints
Ordering processes for the store
Provide general support to the management team
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Proven track record of seeking responsibility
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Reliable and flexible approach to work
2 years experience in retail management/supervision
Experience in merchandising in the retail market
