Quantity Surveyor (Apartments) Dublin 15 €80k + Package Our client is one of Irelands leading property developers who have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality residential, industrial and commercial project.
Due to the commencement of a new project in Dublin 15, they are hiring for the commercial team and this role will report to the commercial manager.
Project will run for 2+ years' Key Responsibilities Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.
Key Skills Required Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
