1. Oversee and coordinate daily service, fitting and warranty operations.

2. Lead and manage a team of technical engineers.

3. Be the first point of contact for support cases, solving as many over the phone/TeamViewer where practical before delegating.

4. Allocate tasks and manage workload distribution within the team.

5. Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues and service requests.
\
6. Develop and implement service procedures and policies.
\
7. Conduct regular team meetings to review support cases.
\
8. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery.
\
9. Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
\
10. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
\
11. Coordinate stock orders and deliveries.
\
12. Perform regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
\
13. Implement strategies for efficient stock management.
\
14. Proven experience in service management.
