We are currently seeking a seasoned Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hardware supplies business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company, driving efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily operations of the hardware supplies company, maintaining optimal performance levels.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Oversee inventory levels, procurement processes, and supplier relationships.
* Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with various departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
* Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
* Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the hardware supplies industry or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
