We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our hospital team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication management and clinical guidelines.
The role involves delivering clinical pharmacy services in line with best practice and competency frameworks, prioritizing patient care and safety in all pharmacy activities.
* Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients.
* Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and medicines information resources.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication management and clinical guidelines.
* Identify and report discrepancies, incidents, and service deficits to senior management.
* Support research and pharmacy practice-based audits following Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.
Requirements:
* Registered or eligible for registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
* Possess specialized knowledge and skills to perform role duties effectively.
* Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development.
* Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and people management skills.
