We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant with Payroll Experience in the Connemara Coast Hotel. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Senior Accounts Assistant will support the Accounts Department in the day to day financial management and reporting of the Hotel.Responsibilities will include:Accounts payable - Ideally have working knowledge of Procure WizardAccounts receivablePosting and processing paymentsBank Reconciliation & Nominal account reconciliationsIncome AuditingProcessing and payment of weekly payrollPreparation of payroll reportsAssisting in the preparation of monthly accountsIdeal CandidateAt least 2 years' experience in the finance function, hospitality desirableStrong knowledge of sage and Sage MicropayExcellent Communication skills fully fluent written and spoken English essentialBe proficient in Microsoft excelAbility to prioritise and to work to deadlinesOrganised and efficient with excellent attention to detailThis a four day a week role.
