Excellent opportunity to join the Technology and Innovation Group of a leading international law firm based in their offices in Dublin, Ireland.
Overview:
The role will be diverse and will involve advising on: IT, IP, data privacy, fintech, outsourcing and commercial contracts. You will be advising a diverse domestic and international client base across a range of non-contentious technology and data protection matters including:
* Outsourcing projects, technology supply agreements and patent licences
* Licensing, collaboration and JV arrangements and franchising.
* Data protection, privacy, cyber security and the GDPR.
* Data processing agreements.
* International transfers
* Access requests.
* Software Licensing.
* Regulation of novel technologies
* Confidentiality, trade secrets, advertising, eCommerce and consumer protection eSignatures.
Candidate Requirements:
* Ideally you will be currently working as a technology lawyer, with experience in data privacy, IP and technology contracts and are keen to join a growing practice area where you will be working with clients in technology, financial services, the life sciences, pharma, and data sectors.
* Candidates with general commercial contracts experience looking to move into a specialist technology role are also invited to apply.
