Our organization is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, either chartered or SCSI registered and working towards chartership. The successful individual will be given the opportunity to work on various projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the quantity surveying function across multiple projects throughout Ireland
* Prepare tender documents including bills of quantities (BOQs) to ARM4/5 and schedule of rates (SOR)
